Stamping Technique

 

First, I stamped an image of a cat twice on light and dark cardstock.

I used Stazon Black on the light colored card stock and

Opaque Cotton White on the dark.

Second, I tore the light cardstock toward me, once

from the top of the stamped image and again on the bottom.

 

 

Then placed my top and bottom images on the

dark colored cardstock and matched up the lines.

 I then trimmed the image to a workable size to mat with
light and dark brown cardstock and used my
ATG gun to attach to my base card.

I added lace to embellish and a Spellbinders label die to

display my sentiment with two brads. I also used Glossy Accents

on the eyes of the cat and on the sentiment paw and kitty.
